Why was my Facebook group request denied?

If you recently joined the SMB Learning Lab and have had trouble with being added to the Facebook group there are two common reasons why your request may be denied.

1. You don’t have the required product purchase to join

The SelfManaged Engage Facebook group is private and for Learning Lab members only. If you are have not purchased a monthly subscription for the Learning Lab you will be denied access.

*We are currently unable to add team members or partners to the group who have not purchased. This ensures the SelfManaged Engage group is only populated with current, active members.

2. Your name on Facebook is different than the name in our system.

If the name on your Facebook profile is different than the one we have on record for you send us a message with the name on your Facebook profile.

That way we can verify you and approve your request.

 

**Request are approved 1-2 times per day. It may take up to 24hrs to be approved
